Perfectly suited for family or friends getaways in Briançon, in Serre Chevalier Valley, it welcomes up to 10 people in a comfortable, warm setting. Outside peak periods, we're happy to welcome you from 2 nights, the ideal formula for a refreshing long weekend in the mountains, winter or summer.

Our rates vary by season and are updated in real time on our booking calendar. The Christmas and February school holiday weeks are peak season. The lowest rates are offered at the start and end of the winter season, as well as during summer.

The private 3-space parking area is cleared of snow every morning before 8am by a private company. You hit the road with no logistical hassle, whatever the weather overnight.
›22 kW EV charging point (included at no extra cost)
Our fast-charging point is available to you at no extra cost. Plug in your electric vehicle or e-bikes as soon as you arrive and leave with peace of mind. An amenity still rare in Serre Chevalier Valley, included by default with your direct booking.

›Tourist tax (charged in addition, as required by law)
€1.87 per adult (over 18) per night
This statutory contribution is collected on behalf of the town hall of Briançon and is added to the rental amount according to the exact composition of your group.

This package includes a full, thorough clean of the chalet by a professional team after your departure. To make their work easier, we kindly ask our guests to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to take out the rubbish before leaving.

›Minimum rental length
During French school holidays, the chalet is rented privately by the week only. Outside these peak periods, we're happy to welcome you from 2 nights, the ideal formula for a refreshing long weekend in the mountains.
›Pets
To guarantee a healthy environment and total comfort for all our guests (particularly regarding allergy risks), pets are not allowed at the chalet. Thank you very much for your understanding.
›Non-smoking chalet
To keep the interior fresh, the inside of the chalet is entirely non-smoking. The panoramic terrace is of course available whenever you want a break facing the peaks.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you get access to our dedicated WhatsApp line. Ask us anything ahead of time to plan your itinerary, activities or transfers. Once on site, our digital Chalet Guide is packed with personal recommendations, from the best tables in Serre Chevalier Valley to hidden local routes.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
We wanted simple, fair and reassuring terms. No bad surprises: everything is transparent from start to finish. For any question, Sandrine and Philippe remain fully available.
›Deposit at booking (30%)
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and secure your dates. The 70% balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
›Flexible cancellation
Your booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival date. Beyond this notice period, the full amount of the stay remains due.
›Security deposit (€1,000)
A €1,000 security deposit is requested by bank transfer 3 days before your arrival. It is returned by immediate transfer on the very day of your departure, after a check of the premises and the handover of the keys.
