Chalet Mont Milo is available for weekly rental during school holiday periods. Ideal as a family chalet rental in Briançon or Serre Chevalier Valley, it sleeps up to 10 guests in a comfortable and welcoming setting. Outside school holidays, we welcome guests from 2 nights, perfect for a long mountain weekend, in winter or summer.
Rates vary by period and are updated in real time on our booking module. The most expensive weeks correspond to the Christmas and February school holidays. The most affordable rates are available at the start and end of the winter season, as well as in summer.
Booking direct on our website guarantees the best available rate, as platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking always add their own commission, around 15% more.

The cleaning package covers a full professional clean of the chalet at the end of your stay. The chalet must be left in order, with clean and put-away dishes and bins emptied.
🏛 Tourist tax
Paid to local authorities · €1.87 per adult over 18 per night
The tourist tax is a statutory contribution paid directly to Briançon town council. It is charged in addition to the rental price, based on the number of guests and the length of stay.

📅 Minimum rental period
During school holidays, the chalet is available on a weekly basis only. Outside these periods, we welcome guests from 2 nights, perfect for a long mountain weekend.
🐾 Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the chalet. Thank you for your understanding.
🚭 Non-smoking chalet
The chalet is entirely non-smoking. The terrace is of course available for you to enjoy the fresh alpine air.
Payment & cancellation policy
We wanted conditions that are simple, fair and reassuring. No unpleasant surprises, everything is clear from start to finish. If you have any questions, Sandrine and Philippe are always available to help.
💳 Deposit on booking, 30%
Confirmed at booking · Balance due 60 days before arrival
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. The remaining balance of 70% is due 60 days before your arrival date.
❌ Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival
Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 61 days before your arrival date. Beyond this deadline, the full rental amount remains due.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for complete peace of mind.
🔒 Security deposit, €1,000
By bank transfer · Returned on departure day
A security deposit of €1,000 is required by bank transfer 3 days before your arrival. It is returned to you on the day of your departure by immediate transfer, provided the chalet is handed back in the same condition as on arrival.
