Chalet Mont Milo welcomes you in a friendly family atmosphere (160m²). 5 independent bedrooms and two shower rooms with walk-in showers. The bedrooms, living rooms and games rooms are on 3 levels, providing large living areas and more intimate rest areas. The chalet is equipped with 2 hot water tanks. So there's no risk of running out of hot water or waiting for your turn when you get back from your winter sports (downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, etc.)!
If you want to do your shopping or hire your ski equipment from our partner, the centre of Briançon is just a 5-minute drive from the chalet. The slopes and ski school are at the start of the Luc Alphand, the area's flagship slope, just a 5-minute drive from Mont Milo.
The chalet is also equipped with WiFi, a pellet stove, sauna, connected TV, games room with pool table, table football and air hockey, and 3 parking spaces.

The most expensive chalet rental weeks are those corresponding to the Christmas and February ski holidays. The cheapest chalet rental weeks are the weeks when the resort opens in December and the weeks at the end of April, as well as during the summer, spring and autumn seasons.

The prices quoted on the booking platforms (Abritel, booking.com or AirB&B) always include the platforms' booking fees and are therefore more expensive.

Prices include a welcome, keys and all utilities (water, electricity, heating).
The cleaning service* is invoiced at 140 euros including tax.
The tourist tax collected on behalf of the local authorities is charged additionally and depends on the number of occupants (€1.87 per person per night on 1 January 2025).
Linen (sheets and towels) can also be provided on request but is an additional service.
Pellet for the stove is provided for the duration of your stay at no extra charge.
For your convenience, a personal snow-clearing service will clear the car park of snow before your departure.
* The cleaning package includes cleaning by a professional cleaning team at the end of your stay. However, the house must be in order, the bins must be emptied, the dishes and plates must be cleaned and put away in the kitchen cupboard.
All bookings must be accompanied by a payment including the booking deposit corresponding to 30% of the total rental price. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The full rental price is payable one (2) month before the start of the rental period.
Payments can be made directly by credit card on the website.
A damage deposit of 1,000 euros is payable no later than 3 days before the start of the rental period.
This deposit is paid by bank transfer to the owner's account. Without payment of the deposit, the keys to the chalet cannot be handed over to the tenant.
On arrival, the tenant will collect the keys and any additional services ordered at the time of booking.
The owner does not accept cheques.
The owner reserves the right to accept or refuse requests from the tenant to modify their booking.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant or failure to respect the booking schedule (30% at the time of booking, 70% 1 month before the start of the rental period), all sums paid will remain due to the owner.
Any premature departure by the Tenant will not give rise to any reimbursement.
